I am a Florida notary public, not an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida, and I may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. We cannot choose which document you need or explain its legal effect. Notarizations follow Florida law, which includes valid identification, the signer being present (in person or by approved remote methods), and completed documents.
Business valuations
Valuations are estimates prepared for planning and discussion. They depend on the information you provide and on market conditions, and they are not a guarantee of what a business will sell for. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, a valuation is not a certified appraisal.
Quotes and fees
Fees depend on the job and are quoted when you book. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until we confirm the details with you.
